“ It had been WAY too long since we had been to Tarquin. We promised not to let that happen again. It is such a beautiful, quaint restaurant. We came in early on a Thursday evening. Service was impeccable. The waitress was so sweet and gave us recommendations when asked. She knew each item really well. We left feeling like we really splurged and had such special night out, even though it wasn’t at all expensive for what we received. It is upscale food, the pasta is impressive! Even funnier was the sauteed vegetables were so cooked and seasoned exactly right that they rivaled the entrees! I ordered Cabruso ravioli (cheese filled). Husband had a beef milanesa that had a slice of ham and spinach over a thin fried steak with a TON of mozzarella. This is a place that is very nice, yet not fancy and pretentious. You can take your spouse or special other here, your friends or kids. Great place for a business dinner. Can’t wait for next time. ”
